Rick St. Dennis MFA is one of the sponsors on the hop and he drew three awesome special images for it, you can win them in the hop, it's one of the prizes but you can also win them on Rick's blog (Rick made a great card using one of the images too) and on the Sparkle and  Glitter blog, both blogs are also in the hop and there will be some great cards of my teamies there.

I got to play with one of the images and made a very happy (un) birthday card using it. The image is called "a very merry unbirthday"and he is for sale togehter with the other 2 images  here.

Before you go hopping  Rick has some freebies on offer HERE (Paris High Fashion Lady)  and on his Airless Chamber Blog  (Singing Zombie) with a great challenge for you all month on both!!

Thanks for dropping by, Enjoy the Rest the Hop,

I will enter this card in the following challenges

and for the Altered alice challenge chapt 26 see linkie below
we can show of our favorite alice projects, and I have  a lot  of those so it will be difficult to choose. I love all the projects shown below, i really can't choose which one I love the most. They are all special to me in their own way.

first the curious clock
very hard to take pics of, but this  clock got published in craft stamper march 2012, thought that was so very cool. so that's why I picked this one as one of my favs

second one  is this

this was a bit unexpected, it was a sunday morning and I checked my email like i always do , and there was an email from  the  "Boss" with the subject "suprise".
When I opened the email  there was an awesome zombie alice image and the email said this Alice was dedicated to me. Now how cool is that!!!!
so  you know now why this is one of my fav's.

another one is the creepmas Alice
I was working on my creepmas projects and Rick asked me if I wanted a creepmas image, duh!!!! no need to ask that, ofcourse I did. An hour later I had an Alice image with a gift wrapped white bunny. This image turned out to be a colouring lesson from the master himself (see original post here), thanks boss, l learned a lot.

And the coolest part is that Rick sent me the original drawings of this one and the Zombie Alice (and some others as well) as a gift, they are all framed  and on my craft room wall

this next one I had a lot of fun changing a cute image into a creepy one , post is here

then there was a monster chessie

15 days of Half o ween

You all know how much I love Halloween, so when I see an opportunity to make anything Halloween themed, I am in, this month it's the 15 days of Half o ween on Domino Art blog, you can find all details here.

This one is all about game pieces and of course Halloween, i decided to go real small and alter a scrabble tile and make a pendant out of it. I also made a matching jewelry box to keep it in.

i used a Rick St. Dennis image called STREGA, I printed it our normal size and coloured it, then scanned the image and printed it scrabble tile sized. I used glossy accents to glue it on the tile and covered it with the glossy accents to protect. I added some glitter just for fun.  the same image is used on the jewelry box , the bats on the box are a rubber stamp and that is coloured using distress ink. I also put on some glitter glue

here the pics:

 and a closer look

on the inside there is also an image of STREGA

on the back side of the pendant you can still see the letter, I covered it with glitter embossing powder and glossy accents

I added a ruler to the pic so you can see the size of the box and pendant

Hope you like it and check out the Domino Art blog for more Halloween posts this month

I will enter this in the following challenges

GDT Stempelwinkel, Steampunk card

This month I am guest designer for de Stempelwinkel, I just love the stamps they have and had so much fun making pojects for them. So here is project rubber part one LOL

the background is made of mirror cardstock and a Tim Holz embossing folder. Embossed the cardstock and added some black and bronze paint to give it a metal lool. The Gears are a Tim Holz die and the Gentleman rubber stamp is from de Stempelwinkel, I have stamped him using versamark ink and then coverd the image with copper embossing powder, melted it using heatgun and cut the stamped imaged out and glued it to the card.
All details about the stamp used you can find on the DT blog of the stempelwinkel, you can find a new project and inspiration there every day.

I will have another GDT project using Stempelwinkel stamps for you may 6th

I will enter this in the following challenges

a lot to show you

First the new image from Rick St. Dennis. She is called Strega and I love this one so very much.

I had a great time colouring this one, but have to warn you a lot of people think she is very scary, that's what they've been telling me when I show her to them. So have a look but don't say I didn't warn you LOL.

The back ground is a rubberstamp (bubbles), which i embossed using holographic embossing powder, it is very glittery and sparkly in real life,

Stamps used are mostly Lost Coast Designs and Kico Stamps

and next are some pages I made for a mixed media circle journal group I am in

this cj's theme was use purple

this one was use only Tim Holtz stuff

and butterflies

and whishes to the world

I will enter the STREGA card in haunted design house challenge skeletal remains, (her earrings)

mothersday gift

Here's a mothersday gift idea, easy and fun to make. I used 2 bottles of bath salt, a piece of soap, a scented candle and a box (which was a box that used to have a baby photoframe in it, I got it from a friend. I 've got all my friends and family trained to ask me if I can use things first,  before they throw it in the bin LOL)

The box was mint green allready so just had to decorate it a bit.

I used mint green and pink patterned paper and a die cut to decorate the box and the bottles, the soap was put into an organza giftbag and had a tag attached to it.

The digi's used are all Rick St. Dennis gorgeous hat ladies, I love colouring these ladies, and for this project I used the colours of the soapies, the candle and the box.
So just used pink, purple, mintgreen, and ofcourse skin colour and some different colours for the hair. Colouring the hair is my fav part to colour on these ladies, specially the red hair, cause I think blond is more difficult to colour. The part I have the most trouble with is the make up of the ladies. (BTW you can find all the beautiful ladies I used on a special sale on the Sparkle and Glitter blog, so you'd better run and go and get it , cause it will be there for a limited time)

When they are all coloured, cut them out and glued them to the bottles, the candle, the tag and the box. Added some lace to the bottles and the tag. The box has also some roses and Pearls on it.

remember these 5 hat lady images are on a speciale sale for a limited time here
