last card for December GDT de Stempelwinkel

This is my last card for the December GDT for de Stempelwinkel, I used moon goddess for this card, colored her with pencils and added some glitter and swirls and roses.

GDT de Stempelwinkel, and Dragons Dream TIO challenge # 132

Two post in one today, first de Stempelwinkel and below this post you will find the new challenge for TIO


For todays post for the GDT for de Stempelwinkel, I made a card.

All the details of the stamps used are on the dt Blog of de Stempelwinkel :

 

stamp used : ogen div

 

Stamp the two smallest eyes at random on the background, and colour them with pencils.

Colour the background between the eyes with some Distress colours.

Stamp the biggest eye on a piece of paper, ATC size, and colour it.

Colour the background with Distress ink, mat on black cardstock, and make a border with. Stickles glue Chipped Sapphire . Do the same with the card, and mat it again on lilac cardstock.

 

My last gdt post this month for de Stempelwinkel will be dec. 30, I will have another card to show you then.

Dragons Dream Tag it on Challenge # 132

 

it's  Blackdragon's turn, to chose a theme.... and its BEHIND CLOSED DOORS...... she'd like to see a DOOR, A LOCK and A KEY. Please remember you must use at least one real stamp on your tag.

 

here is mine

 

the door and the background are rubber stamps and so are the letters, I stamped those using white stamp ink but that never turns out to be white, i have tried different brands now and they are all dissapointing, so took a white marker to go over the stamped letters and now at least it is white.

The background is distress ink, the door is stamped in black archival and then colored with my new Caran d'ache luminance pencils, for the background stamp i used cobalt archival ink (masked the door before stamping bachground).

The Key is a Marianne Design Die, and the lock.............oops .....

but i'm sure there is a lock in the door.......

The ribbon is a polyester one which I heated with my heatgun to make it melt a bit, then you get the wrinkled result. Put some black ink on the ribbon to finish

working on Mixed Media Circle Journal

I have been working on a circle journal for the Scrappersannonymous Forum, it's a mixed media journal. We are a group of 10 women working on this, we all thought of a theme and made pages to work on and then we send the journal to the next person on the list on everey first of the month. that way we all have a month to work on a page in the journal. After 10 months everybody has their own journal back, filled with pages from all the members of the group.

Now i can't show the pages I made cause it has to be a secret till the owner gets her journal back but I can show you a sneak peak  of the pages I made till now.

Creepmas day 12

Today the final day of Smeared Ink's Creepmas, day 12, yay made it.......

this is a card using real rubber from de Stempelwinkel and digi 's from Smeared Ink , Hand of St. Nick  and Rick St. Dennis MFA , I love my Prezzies

de Stempelwinkel GDT

For todays Stempelwinkel project I made some candles as a last minute gift.

all the details about the stamps used are on the design team blog of de Stempelwinkel

a) De roze kaars:

Om de kaars is een strook dessin papier geplakt, aan de boven- en onderkant van het papier is een kantje geplakt. De stempel is SW R05240 Dirigent, gestempeld op een apart stuk papier en op de ondergrond geplakt. Aan de onderkant van de kaars nog wat roosjes gemaakt en klaar.

a) The pink candle:

A piece of dessinpaper is glued around the candle. At the top and the bottom I glued a piece of lace.

SW R05240 Dirigent is stamped on a piece of paper and adhered to the dessin paper.

At the bottom of the candle I made some roses.

b) De witte kaars:

Maak een afdruk van de CP R525 Cats with fairies op tissue papier. Kleur het gras, de lamp en de achtergrond in. Knip de afbeelding uit, mag ruim langs de afbeelding. Leg de afbeelding op de plek waar je het wilt hebben op de kaars en wikkel de kaars in in bakpapier. Verhit het bakpapier met je heatgun totdat het kaarsvet door het tissuepapier is heengesmolten. Laten afkoelen nog wat glitter op de vuurvliegjes en klaar.

Ook om deze kaars nog wat roosjes gemaakt.

b) The white candle:

Stamp CP R525 Cats with fairies on tissue paper. Colour the grass, the lamp and the backgroud. Cut the image out, you can do that wide around the image. Put the image on the candle and wrap the candle with bakingpaper. Heat the paper with your heatgun until the wax of the candle melts through the tissuepaper. Let it cool down, put some glitter on the fireflies and your present is ready.

At the bottom of this candle I also made some roses.
