creepy crawlies

For the challenge at de Stempelwinkel  Insects/Creepy crawlies, I made another little shrine






I used the wooden pieces that are supposed to go on the back of a canvas. I gessoed them and painted them gold using Dazzlin Metallics in Emperors gold, The crackles are crackle glaze and I rubbed some antiquing cream in carbon black.

All stamps used are from de Stempelwinkel



Deco Art products used : Gesso, Dazzling metallics in Emperors gold, Media Crackle Glaze. Antiquing cream in carbon black.

Stamps: Beetle detail  , skull flourish,  spiderweb and spider form the plate Grave Tidings

    Het was te verwachten dat "creepy crawlies" jou aan zou spreken! :-)
    Geweldig creatief, om van de houtjes van een canvas een mini shrine te maken. Het ziet er geweldig uit! Leuk dat je weer meedoet met de challenge bij De Stempelwinkel!

    Thats a super little shrine Mo.... bet you can think of even more uses for these funny little bits of wood if you really put your mind to it!
